  • Use + Care

Use it, display it, take it to show-and-tell, or snap a photo to share on instagram. Items can be dishwashed, but many people like to follow the general rule of thumb, hand-made = hand-wash. Light microwaving is ok.

do not recommend pouring boiling water into mugs because the majolica glaze covering the inside of the mug is sensitive to extreme temperature shifts. The thermal shock can cause stress to the low-fire clay/glaze combo and lead to cracking. Remember, ceramics aren’t immortal.

Of course if your order doesn't seem right, do get in touch. I'm a human on the other side of this screen and will help troubleshoot anything that may come up. catiemillerceramics@gmail.com

  • Photo = Product Likeness

As a one-person-business, I do my best to balance creating quality products with photographing and listing each piece. Each piece is a labor of love, time, and thoughtful craftsmanship. Work is often created in multiples of the same design and one of the series is photographed. The photo of the item is an example of what you will receive, but will likely not be a photo of the exact item. I do strive to create very consistent products from batch to batch and appreciate the slight variations handmade creates. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

  • No Reservations

Items in your cart are not reserved. Checkout with payment must be completed before item is sold. I recommend creating an account (just click the person icon in the top right corner of the page) to speed up the checkout process. Items in high demand do go quickly during shop updates.
